My research and publications bridge academic inquiry with applied development. Over more than three decades, the work has spanned governance, gender, demography, humanitarian response, and social policy, always driven by a commitment to turn evidence into change that matters.
Governance & Policy Reform
Her research explores how evidence strengthens governance in Africa, shaping frameworks for federalism, civic participation, and inclusive policymaking.

Humanitarian Response & Recovery
